Our stay at this hotel was okay. They allowed us to check in at 6:00am since our bus arrived early; however, I was very disappointment that they wanted to charge us a full day for checking in a few hours early. I requested for an early check in at 9:00am and thought Tuntravel handled the conversation but they didn't even have my reservation. I don't know if I should blame Tun Travel for the poor coordination or the Hotel for not informing us earlier. We ended up paying half of the a regular day rate since I complain! Overall, the hotel was okay for a 3 star but the coordination and communication could have been better.

We have enjoyed out stay at the Elegant Hotel very much. Managent and staff were very kind. The room was according to our expectations and the laundry service is excellent. THE hotel is very clean and well maintained. We Can recommend this hotel id. You want to stay in HCMC in district 1. Kind regards Ronald Angus and family.
