I was entirely satisfied with Tan Hai Long Hotel & Spa. They were very friendly. The room was just what I needed. Breakfast was fine. All very good value in a fascinating part of hochiminh. I highly recommend the hotel.

I can only reiterate what all above me have said: Location, breakfast, internet in each room, organisation, quietness This is the best value hotel in Hanoi. Everything about it is excellent.
