Довольно милое место. Красиво. Хорошее месторасположение. Плюс бесплатные автобусы в Дананг и Хайан.
Персонал вполне приветливый, однако - беда с официантами, нет нормальных администраторов в ресторанах, как следствие - невысокий уровень обслуживания и смутное понимание того, каким должен быть официант в ресторане при 4 звездочном отеле.
Завтраки - прекрасные!
Морепродукты в Мунлайт ресторане - вкусно очень!
С уборкой все тоже не очень радужно. Вокруг нашего бунгало было полно пластиковых бутылок и крышек от них, а также окурков, и никого, кроме нас это не волновало. По крайней мере они так и валялись, пока я сама их не собрала и не выбросила.
На пляже и возле бассейна - один волейбольный мяч на всех отдыхающих, это что - уровень 4 звездночного отеля? Полотенца пляжные в таком состоянии, что ими можно уже полы мыть - далеко не новые. Сам пляж тоже мог быть почище. Полно окурков, пивных крышек и прочего мусора.
В бунгало с connection doors просто жуткая слышимость, если у вас шумные соседи, а это как правило, так и есть - спать невозможно.
Очень понравились субботние барбекю - побольше бы таких развлечений, да с музыкой, чтобы можно было создать атмосферу праздника на отдыхе и дать возможность постояльцев познакомиться друг с другом, весело провести время.
Еще один минус - далеко не весь персонал говорит по-английски, это затрудняет общение, особенно с официантами.
В спа салоне, ну, это вообще не спа - это массажерня какая-то. Девочка, которая мне делала массаж, во-первых, была совсем не рада, что я вечером пришла в спа и помешала ей спать, а во-вторых, она умудрялась одной рукой делать мне массаж, с другой набирать смс нателефоне - это нечто просто! Позор!
В целом, я отдохнула хорошо, но только потому, что не стала зацикливаться на негативных моментах.

The sandy beach resort was very nice and beautiful, nicely situated on one side to the river and on the other side to the ocean. While eating dinner they put floating light on the river...1 minute stroll to the beach with coconut trees. We had a villa with sea view which was spacious. Bed was fantastically compfy. Breakfast at the restaurant was plenty. The staff is very nice. There is a shuttle bus to Hoi Nan every hour. We booked it through Tun travel with no problems on the internet.

I would like to say that I had not problem about the reservation. Every things were perfect.
The Sandy Beach resort is very nice . Only one point about the restaurant. Not enough choise and expensive
Without hat, the room was very beautiful , near on the sea . A real pleasure.

This is a beautiful place...We were there 3 nights and really felt comfortable.Long and beautiful beaches but there are so many jellyfish .The internet-wifi was perfect,so we could check email all the time and we love it..Oh, we enjoyed breakfast at the Alamada restaurant. Everything is good with TunTravel's voucher.

Staying in Sandy Beach resort in Danang was fantastic. Staff was so accommodating and friendly and both my wife and I had a wonderful time. We would definitely go back there again.

The Sandy Beach Resort was a very good choice. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful. So it was a memorable tour.
The rooms were good, bright and clean. The restaurant offered a lot of delicious dishes
