The Food was mediocre, not that good and repeated all too often. The staff were not very responsive to any request and did not learn from repeated eating habits.
The rooms were freezing and the doors had cracks you could toss a mouse through. We had to pay extra for a small electric heater, and worst of all, there were only 3-4 stations that actually came in on the TV and none in English.
